But they are still not bad : Razobacks+weapon servitors can do a very proper job. In Tier II, Inquisition, is less powerful, regarding that most of the factions have now anti-tanks units.
The only way to beat them is to counter Inquisition is to rush Tier II in order to unlock anti-tank units before Inquisition brings Razorbacks on the battlefield. In Tier I, never forget to equip stormtroopers with flamethrowers. Stormtroopers are not very good alone, especially against Tau, but combined with a Chimera and eventually some scholars (that can make the entire army invincible for a few seconds), they are stronger than every faction in Tier I. Most of their researches are really fast to purchase, their builders can jump across huge distances (which makes them very useful), and they have good tanks at Tier I (whereas IG must wait Tier II to unlock Chimeras), that can deals horrible damages to every type of infantry when equipped with a flamethrower.
According to me, there is no doubt that the Inquisition is from far the strongest faction.
